X96 mini firmware update

I have recently downloaded a firmware from this specific page https://androidtvbox.eu/android-9-firmw ... -20200620/ and as you can read the installing instractions are the followings: put the files on the flash drive and indicate the path from the firmware to the TV Box!!! I know how to update my mini by sd card with three file firmware or by USB Burning Tool with .img fiirmware. The firmware I have downloaded from the upper page is something totally different. Any ideas???
